Library Banners and Video Tags l 2011
This is a collaborative project with Kevin Zak, Maria Goncharova for University of Alberta Libraries website.
The main goal of this project is to teach students how to navigate library's website through a five educational videos. The main target audience is undergraduate students in their first year who need to learn how to use library's site. By clicking on the main banner, which is placed on the library's home page, students will be re-directed to a separate page that displays videos. Also, the main banner acts as the core slide for other five sub-banners. It is designed to capture students' attention through its dynamic collage composition.
The main web banner was also designed to accommodate a large-scale LCD graphics that are displayed at TV monitors at the University of Alberta libraries.
